Artist Statement

My work can be seen as fast, direct and subversive. I am not interested in correctness, beauty or perfection. I lean more towards an interest in vandalism,deviancy and mental instability. Situations or problems that can be found in the underbelly of society are my main source. Things that can be found in real life. Investigating real people with real problems. As an artist I explore aspects of humanity that I consider divergent and disturbing and I transform these explorations into works of art. My work allows me to express subjective moods, thoughts and personal experiences, researching our current times without making any moral judgement
